しらないことを管理するというのは、難しいことだろう。
自分は、いままで、「自分がやったことがあること、知っていること」に関しては管理することは、何度か行ってきた。（それすら管理できていないという話もあるが）
どの作業が、どれくらい大変で、どれくらい時間がかかるかが分かるということは、見積もりやプランニングの段階では、極端な話、誰とも話す必要がないということだ。
しかし、飲食店の店舗の立ち上げのマネージメントをしろといわれたら、どうやればいいか迷ってしまうだろう。
いままで、新しいフィールドを自分がやったことがあるフィールドにしてしまうことで、その領域を増やしてきたが、そろそろそれも限界かもしれないと感じることが多い。
そもそも、自分は、自分が歩いた場所しかわからない類の人間で、知らない場所について知ったかぶりをするようなことは一番嫌いなことだ。それに、試行錯誤のなかで自分なりの解答をみつけることは、それ自体が人生の目的、最大の楽しみだとも思う。しかし、その方法に限界があるとしたら・・・
まぁ、メタ的にいえば、「「やったことのない領域を管理すること」をやったことがある領域」にしてしまえばよいのだろうな。
